RECEIVE BANK DETAILS
Onceyou have received our bank details by email, arrange the transfer to us via your bank.
Please replyto the previous email with the coordinates by attaching the payment receipt, containing the Transaction reference number (TRN, formerly CRO). If you cannot find it, please contact your bank.
Await confirmation
We will confirm byemail that the payment has been registered and accounted for. This procedure will not occur in the case of instant transfer orders, where payment will be confirmed automatically when the receipt is shared with TRN.
CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Please confirm your email address in order to receive our bank details there; once the transfer has been made to us, reply to the email enclosing the payment receipt, containing the Transaction reference number (TRN, formerly CRO). You can also send the receipt to your contact persons.
CAUTIONSWe are not able to accept non-SEPA payments from credit institutions that are not configured on the international Swift network.
